Information about data collection

Dear Customer,

We collect and store Your personal data to issue invoices, to keep in contact, to handle quality related complaints and some other cases that will be explained later in detail.

We created this document to give you an insight about how we work and why we do it that way.

Please, turn to us with trust if you have any further questions or you want to exercise your right to learn about the collected data, to change or delete, etc. based on GDPR Articles 12 to 23.

Data management related to entering into a contract

In case you sign a contract with our company, you order a service from us. The aim of the data control is to perform contracts, to issue invoices, to document payments, to ensure compliance with accounting laws and to keep in contact with you. The following data that has been listed we ask for is to enable us to perform the contracts. This data is are Your name, address, phone number and tax identification number, the date and time of purchase, the name of the product or the amount of service, its price and the means of payment. We store the data as long as it is required by the accounting law.

Data transfer

We work with an independent accounting firm; thus, we share with them: your name, address, phone number and tax identification number, the date and time of purchase, the name of the product or the amount of service, its price and the means of payment.
In case of non-executed claims, data that is on invoices might be shared with the lawyer who represents the company, as well as with the enforcement service. In this case we share your name, address, contact data, tax identification number, the date and time of purchase, the name of the product or the amount of service, its price and the means of payment.

In case of payment by debit cards we share data of the customer’s tax identification number, the amount of the transaction, date and time with the terminal or online payment ensuring service provider.

In case of home delivery, we hand over the package to the post office and share information about the customer’s name, address and phone number.

If an insurance company bears the cost of medical intervention, in particular cases we share information about the customer’s name, address, the intervention thatwas performed, the sum of invoices and health data.

In accordance with paragraph 101/c of Health Act, data specified in the law are forwarded to the Health Insurance Fund of Hungary.

Data controlling related to keeping contact

To enable us to get in contact with you, to inform you about possible changes or to provide you personalised service we need your name, e-mail address, phone number, appointment and health data. In case of you contacted us we will use the personal data you gave us in the message. This way of data controlling is the firm’s legitimate interest.

We delete data in this case only if you ask for it (and if it does not conflict with legal provisions). We store the data in administrative, patient referral, health record system and in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) softwares. The software operator and programer might see it in some cases.

Information about taking photographs

To inform our customers and to provide more information to the general public we might take photos and do video recordings (jointly recordings). In these cases, we do inform you in particular, appearance on the photos and videos counts as approvement.
To share these recordings on our website, on Facebook, on our YouTube channel or Instagram profile as a reference we ask for an extra permission from You. We delete the recordings in case of a withdrawal of that permission. In other cases we do store it for an unlimited amount of time.

Management of complaints on quality

If you have a complaint on any of our services or a quality regarding complaint on the dental fitting that was done we manage your data.This is essential for us to be able to perform the contract as ithad been agreed on. In this case we need the following data from you: your name, address, health data, the place, date and way of complaint report, special identification number, the documents sent by the complainant and the list of other evidence, the description of the complaint, place and time of record, the name of the rapporteur and the signature. We store this data for 5 years according to legal provisions. We forward the data to the service providing subcontractor.

In accordance with section 7 paragraph 17/A of Act on Customer Protection, the duration of data processing lasts for 5 years taking the report of the complaint and copies of the answers to the written complaints into account.

In case of home delivery, we hand over the package to the post office and share information about the customer’s name, address and phone number.

Data controlling related to phone calls

We inform our customers that we record your calls for quality assurance. If you hold the call that means you accept that we process data that will be said during the call (such as: name, address, contact data, health data). We store this data for 45 days. We receive calls in a cloud based phone system and calls are stored by the assurance company of the phone system.

Other services related to data control

To provide further comfort in our services, we need your name, address, contact data, species of pets to share with our partners. This is a legal interest of our company regarding providing more convenience.

In case of pre-booking taxi service we share your name.

In case of pre-booking accomodation we share your name, phone number, duration of your stay, the number and species of pets.

In case of cosmetic services we share your name, phone number and the required treatment with the service provider.

In case of services by the hairdresser’s we share your name, phone number and the required treatment with the service provider.

Information for the website visitors

During your website visit we record the IP address and the browsers’ fingerprint in our server logs forcyber security reasons. Implementingthe cyber security goals serves the legal interests of our company. We delete these logs after 1 month.

Google Analytics places cookies on your computer while visiting the website. This application contains information about your website using habits, this is the legal interest of the company and data will be received by Google LLC, too. Data will

be stored until deletion on your computer. If you do not want to have analytical cookies being placed on your computer, you can ban them in the browser settings or limit them with a Google Add-on:

Social media networks such as Facebook, and the functions provided by them as the like and share options place further cookies which contain your website visiting habits.This is the company’s legal interest, that data will be received by the social media provider, too. Data will be stored until deletion. If you are logged in, these platforms’ plug-ins will automatically be activated. If you do not want these social media cookies and other related services you can ban the placement of cookies or can log out from your profile.

GDPR rights

You have the right to request access to your private data at any time from the data controller, as well as to correct, delete or limit its usage or to deny the usage of this type of personal data. Moreover, you may request to get all the information in a portable format. For more information please read GDPR Articles 13-19.
