Removable dentures often cause uncomfortable moments when they shift while eating, speaking or laughing. This is because removable dentures do not have a fixed anchorage point that could prevent the denture from moving or coming loose.

If you do not want to live with this unpleasant phenomenon in the future and your bone structure allows it, we offer the possibility of fixing removable dentures with implants at the 5DENT dental clinic.

Placing implants is an excellent way to avoid the inconvenience of removable dentures. In such cases, 2-4 implants are placed per jawbone. These provide a firm, stable anchorage point for the permanent fixation of the removable denture. The implants are anchored so firmly that the removable denture does not move or wobble during use. The fixed denture does not move when chewing or speaking, avoiding uncomfortable moments. The removable denture only needs to be taken out when the area under the denture needs to be cleaned.

If you want a fixed denture, i.e. do not want to have a removable denture fixed with implants, you can of course also do this at the 5DENT dental clinic. In these cases, a larger number of implants are placed, onto which a fixed implant denture is then attached.

If you want to get by with fewer implants for cost reasons, you also have the option of having a fixed denture made with 4 or 6 implants thanks to the All-on-4 and All-on-6 systems.
