Our dental clinic provides a written guarantee for its high-quality treatments. If through the fault of our clinic or our dental technicians’ your dental restoration cannot be used properly any more, we repair or replace your restoration free of charge. You can only file a warranty claim at the premises of our dental clinic, and we cannot offer money-back guarantee. Good oral hygiene and the proper use of restorations are preconditions of filing a warranty claim. Repairing a restoration under warranty may take longer than expected, in which case we certainly provide free accommodation to you.
Our dental clinic offers a 3-year technical warranty on the following restorations:
- Bridges and crowns, if the porcelain layering gets chipped, the substructure breaks, the cement does not keep the crown or bridge in place, or the crown or bridge falls off.
- We also offer warranty on implant supported crowns and bridges if the porcelain layering gets chipped, the substructure breaks, the cement does not kept the crown or bridge in place, or the crown or bridge falls off.
- We offer warranty on cast posts and cores and dowel abutments if they break or fall out.
- As for inlays, onlays and overlays, a warranty claim can be filed only if they are broken, chipped or fall out.
- We offer warranty on the fixed parts of combined restorations if the porcelain layering gets chipped, the substructure breaks, the cement does not kept the crown or bridge in place, or the crown or bridge falls off.
Our dental clinic offers a 1-year warranty on the following restorations and dental treatments:
- Fillings, if part of the filling or the whole filling falls out
- False teeth in prostheses, if they are lost
- Clasps, precision attachments and connective units, if they break
- Veneers, if they break or get chipped
