Information about the operation of surveillance cameras and the related data control

We would like inform you that audiovisual recording is taken on company grounds because of security measures.

Purposes

The goal of the data control is in first place to protection of human life and safety, personal freedom, the protection of the employees, visitors and guests and the protection of property.

Legal base

The legal base for data control is the Act CXXXIII of 2005 on Private Security and Private Detective Activities.

The people who have authority to access data:

The director of data controller as well as all those appointed people and groups who have access to the cameras in the building: the Chief executive of the clinic, sales manager, sales representatives, receptionists and drivers.

Exclusively, the members of the data controlling committee, the chief executive of the clinic and employees of the data controller are authorised to gain information form audiovisual recordings in need of technical assistance; only if the data controller or the executive manager of MNK Bt orders it and if it is necessary to perform the contract, to prevent, interrupt or prove infringing acts.

The location of the recording storage:

At the head office of Five Dent Kft and in cloud-based service.

The duration of data storage:

  • is the maximum of 10 days after recording the data because of the legitimate business interest of the data controller.

Rights and legal remedy

According to rights laid down by the GDPR Article 12-23 the data subjects:

  1. a) are allowed to request the personal data which was collected of them, and they are allowed to request the correction or deletion or limitation of data controlling on the collected data and are allowed to object to the processing of personal data as well as to the right to data portability. For further information, read the GDPR Articles 13 to 19.
  2. b) Those data subjects, whose legal interests are concerned in relation to the recordings, including the rights of the data controller and his legitimate interests, have the right to ask the data controller, during the data control, not to destroy or delete their data by proving their right or legitimate interest.
  3. c) have the right to report the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, furthermore, to refer to court.
